  • When is the best time to travel to Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego?

    Throughout the year it is possible to practice mountain biking in the region of Magellan’s. The characteristics and conditions will vary according to the time of year. 

  • What clothes should I bring?

    Dress comfortably. Ideally with sportswear that allows you to perform activities in which you can perspire. Take light and warm clothes. A windbreaker is always welcome. Bring a small backpack with change clothing and / or coat if necessary. 

  • Can I make the departure accompanied by a minor?

    Yes, we can go out with children proving they are accompanied by an adult responsible of them. 

  • How difficult are the circuits?

    There are different difficulties, check here. It is highly recommended to have Mountainbike experience. The trails that we will use will be singletracks, parallel tracks, dirt roads, wide footpaths or narrow footprints in ascent and descent. 

  • Do the rides include food?

    Yes, as specified in each tour. 

  • Do I have to pay any extra entrance according to the tour?

    Depending on the tour you will have to pay extra for the entrance fee to a specific area. Cost will be informed and must be paid directly by the passenger. 

  • Under which conditions is the tour cancelled?

    For climatic reasons we do not suspend the tour since the activities in Patagonia are under unpredictable and preponderant climatic factor. The cancellation is decided solely by the guide and at his discretion. 

  • Is there an alternative if the exit is suspended?

    If the guide is suspended due to weather conditions, 25% of the tour price will be refunded. No show or suspension by the passenger does not give any right to refund. 

  • Are you responsible for damage or loss of personal equipment?

    Fortunately, we have never had such experiences, but we are not responsible for the loss of our passengers' equipment. It is advised not to carry unnecessary or valuable items. Foreign passengers must be accompanied by their passport or a copy of it. 

  • Are they responsible in case of an accident?

    No. The practice of this activity represents an inherent risk that must be assumed by the passenger. It is recommended to have an insurance before taking the tour, the service provider agency will support and activate the necessary and possible rescue tasks. 

  • How much of the tour will be on a transfer?

    Depending on the tour you choose. The transfer time is approximately 10 minutes to 3 hours in total of the tour and the actual pedaling is between 2 and 5 effective hours of pedaling. 

  • What type of bicycle is used at tour?

    We use new bicycles, quality and in good condition. We use Allmountain bikes full suspension and XC full suspension b and front suspension. 

  • What equipment includes the tour? or What does the tour include?

    Depending on the tour you choose. It is indicated for each tour. 

  • Should I bring sunscreen?

    It is highly advisable to use sunscreen throughout Patagonia even when it is cloudy.
